These Terms govern your use of City Plans, a beta product operated by Ramiro Montiel in Argentina. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Beta service
City Plans is experimental. Features, pricing, and credit rules may change without notice. You use it at your own risk during this beta period.
The service
City Plans helps you discover activities and plans in a city using Google Places. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any listed place.
Accounts
You must sign in with Google and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Credits and payments
Each search costs 1 credit. Purchases are processed by Creem. Unless required by law, credits are non-refundable. Contact us if you were charged incorrectly.
Search campaigns
Completed searches are saved and cannot be modified. You can view past searches from your dashboard at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, bypass credit limits, or attempt to compromise security. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramiro Montiel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
